About company

What we do?

The labor market in Poland is undergoing a significant change; the official Polish Social Insurance Institution statistics indicate that the number of foreign workers employed in Poland has doubled annually over the past three years. Just like the Polish citizens who moved to Great Britain in the recent past, foreigners, mostly from Ukraine, Belarus and Georgia, come to Poland to increase their income. This increase in migration entails complicated bureaucracy, meaning long queues, constant changes to legislation and protracted periods of waiting for a decision.

The aim of Nonlimes is to help employers and foreigners face these challenges. As former employees of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship Office we’ve had frequent contact with applicants and are aware of the difficulty posed by the various forms of legalization of residence and employment, and, even more so, by the related regulations. Having processed applications for work and residence permits, as well as applications for citizenship for several years, we acquired a significant knowledge of the Polish legal system and administrative procedures relevant to foreigners, and thus are able to help you save time and frustration.
